In January 2002 Our Savior's became recognized by Lutherans Concerned as a Reconciling in Christ (RIC)Congregation, affirming a decision made nearly ten years earlier to be intentional about welcoming all gay, lesbian, transgender, and bisexual brothers and sisters.  The congregation's RIC ministry is growing, as is participation in the synod and national level RIC organizations.

Welcome

Welcome!

For more than a century and a half, the people of Our Savior’s have been celebrating and proclaiming the presence of God in the city and the world. We are a diverse congregation made up of people with widely differing life stories and experiences. Yet, united in Christ, we are all truly equal. No matter who you are, what your age, gender identity, racial or ethnic heritage, economic status, mental or physical ability or sexual orientation, you are most welcome to join with us in praising God and bringing healing, hope and justice to life in the city.
